New Student Enrollment Now Open for 2025/2026!

Check your email to verify your account.
Visit www.factsmgt.com and click on the
Family Log-In & FACTS Family Portal link.
If asked for the
school district code, enter STM-ME.
Then select Create New Family Portal Account and click Create Account. When creating your account use the same email address that you used in the Step One application.
You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.
Please use this link soon after receiving it, as it will remain active for only 6 hours.
Visit www.factsmgt.com and log in to the
Family Portal using the username and password you just created.
Create a New Student Application for your child.
Complete each page of the application process. Each time you complete a page of the application process, a green checkmark will appear to indicate that it is complete.
To complete the application, click review and submit. If you do not see the "Complete Review and Submit Application" button, scroll back up and check the sidebar. Complete filling out any sections that do not have the green checkmark next to them in the sidebar.
The SMS Enrollment Team will then process your application and will be in touch via email to let you know your status and next steps.
***Please note, it may be several days before you receive your status notification and have the enrollment packet open for you.***
